Pilates Aligned hosts a weekly Instructor Seminar for Pilates instructors, teacher-trainees, and apprentices. This 75-minute class is an ideal way to stay connected to the community of teachers in the area and is intended to stimulate, energize, and offer fresh perspectives. The classes' subjects are mostly student initiated and fluid in structure, addressing pertinent issues that arise from week to week. Questions, issues, and ideas are tackled through symposium-like dialogue and hands-on interaction in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

Deeper Perspectives Continuing Education Programs
The Deeper Perspectives Programs were conceptualized in 2000 by Pilates educator Cara Reeser and Physical Therapist Patty Pennell with the goal of offering high-quality, comprehensive programs for the professional development of Pilates Professionals and movement educators. Deeper Perspectives workshops offer in depth advanced movement and anatomy training with a broad field of topics and presenters. These courses give practitioners tools for working more fully in the work they teach, addressing: biomechanics, technique, and philosophy. All of the workshops are recognized by the PMA.
